From conception to completion:

Mukwonago Remodeling Corporation offers you a design/build turn-key system to take your project from idea to reality. Our ability to custom make your fine cabinetry, tailored to your needs and space, sets us apart in the market.  Combined with our design services, we provide customized plans suited to fit your needs and budget while giving you the “wow” factor that you are searching for.  Below is a quick synopsis of the process.

#1- Set up an appointment by internet, phone or stop by our showroom in New Berlin.

#2- Home walkthrough – establish the scope of the project, design ideas, and budget, take pictures and measurements.

#3-Visit our showroom to go over design plan, (Approximately 2 weeks later) pricing and specifications and allowances for tile, countertops, fixtures and so forth.  Modifications can be made here to specifically hit your vision.

#4- Down-payment and scheduled times with Design/Sales Consultant to meet on site or in the field for selection of products, colors, wood species, tiles, countertops, floors and so on.

#5- Once specs are submitted and signed off on, including cabinet style and the color, an appointment is made with Construction Manager to site visit and acquaint with the property and job scope while identifying any possible challenges that may arise.

#6- Job starts.  Construction Manager and your Design/Sales Consultant is with you throughout the process of turning your new project into a reality…

We start by meeting you in your home and do a walk through to discover your ideas, lifestyle, and the possibilities of your project.  We’ll take pictures and measurements to ensure accuracy to properly design and price out your new space.

We’ll listen to your ideas and suggest other possibilities for your one-of-a-kind remodel.  Prior to leaving, we will agree upon a ballpark budget, incorporating the ideas discussed and establishing that the design concepts fits your needs.

The second meeting will then be set up, most likely in our office/showroom/cabinet making facility to get more comfortable with our possible partnership moving forward.  There you will get a better feel for who we are, how we operate and also see our display units in our showroom along with our fabrication shop where we custom build your cabinetry.

In the second meeting, we’ll walk you through the entire project by going over the detailed plans and to include computer renderings, pricing and timelines in a proposal format for your approval. All aspects of your project are documented in detail to create a fixed price package.  Modifications are part of any remodeling plan and can be made at this time.  Up until this point, our efforts to earn your business are at no charge to you.  Here, we will know if we are a good match for each other and will be moving forward or thank you for the opportunity.

Once the plan and pricing are approved, taking into consideration any modifications, a down payment will be made (typically 20%).  This allows us to move forward in our partnership to deliver to you your dream transition in your house.  If a partnership is not formed, we thank you for the opportunity and the pricing remains your property with a 30- day window to hold the price.  Plans and designs remain the property of Mukwonago Remodeling Corporation.
